By accessing deployward.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Deployward and lets you join an early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product or service and creates no obligation on either side to enter into a commercial relationship.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted; or submit false information or another person's personal information without permission.

The Site and its content — including the Deployward name, logo, text, and design — are owned by Deployward LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

The Site may describe features, plans, and capabilities that are under development or planned. These are provided for information only, may change, and are not a promise that any feature will be delivered.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deployward LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100.
