Who We Are

Deployward LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at privacy@deployward.com.

Bot Protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our sign-up and newsletter forms from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA analyzes your interaction with our site to tell humans from bots, and in doing so collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) as the basis for this processing.

Our Legal Bases for Processing

We process your personal data on these bases:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you join the waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter, based on the agreement you give at sign-up. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your Rights).
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure our site and forms (including bot protection) and to operate and improve our service.

Where Your Data Is Processed

Your data is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States (region us-east-1). Where data is transferred out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies & Local Storage

We store your cookie-consent choice in your browser's local storage so we remember your preference. You can change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter. This may include your name, email address, company name, and how you plan to use Deployward. We also record waitlist consent, including the timestamp, policy version, IP address and browser information.

We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our website.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to communicate with you about Deployward, process your waitlist registration or newsletter subscription, send technical notices and support messages, and protect our forms against abuse.

With your consent, we may also use your information to send you marketing communications about products, services, and events offered by Deployward.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you — for example, cloud hosting and email-delivery providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data, and where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We keep waitlist and contact information until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to safeguard your data.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; opt out of marketing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (GDPR Art. 77). To exercise any of these, contact privacy@deployward.com.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
